The Difference between Mobile charger and the power bank are listed below.

A. Mobile charger is only for standard battery (AAA battery only) power output to any mini USB devices

B. Power bank just like the “bank” means that you could input and output the power from a rechargeable battery (AA or AAA battery). By the way, the power bank could also use the standard battery(AA or AAA battery) for power output only.

C. The Mobile charger is power outputting by the mini USB connector and so does the power bank, but the Power bank is power inputting by the standard USB connector.
